706 Restrictions on issuing of dangerous poisons manufacturers licences—Act, s 85 (1) (a) (1) The chief health officer must not issue a dangerous poisons manufacturers licence to a person unless dealings with dangerous poisons under the licence will be supervised by an individual nominated by the applicant and approved, in writing, by the chief health officer. (a) is a suitable person to hold a dangerous poisons manufacturers experience appropriate for the manufacture of dangerous poisons.
