681 Authorisation condition for dangerous poisons research and education program licences—Act, s 44 (1) (b) A licence-holder’s authorisation to obtain a dangerous poison under a dangerous poisons research and education program licence is subject to the condition that the poison is purchased on a complying purchase order.
