672 General overview of authorisation conditions for dangerous poisons (1) The Act, section 44 requires a person who is authorised to deal with a dangerous poison to comply with any condition to which the authorisation is subject. Section 676 sets out the authorisation conditions for an authorised person to manufacture a dangerous poison.
