664 Authorisation condition for manufacturing low and moderate harm poisons—Act, s 44 (1) (b) and (2) (b) A person’s authorisation under section 663 to manufacture a low harm poison or moderate harm poison is subject to the condition that, if a condition or restriction applies to the person under the relevant law, the person manufactures the poison in accordance with the condition and restriction.
