660 Meaning of relevant law—ch 16 relevant law means— (a) a corresponding law; or (b) the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Act 1994 (Cwlth); or (c) the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cwlth). Note 1 Corresponding law includes a law of a State that corresponds, or substantially corresponds, to the Act (see Act, dict). Note 2 State includes the Northern Territory (see Legislation Act, dict, pt 1).
