630 Guidelines for treatment of opioid dependency (1) The Minister may approve guidelines for the treatment of opioid dependency. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), approved guidelines may make provision in relation to the prescribing and administration of buprenorphine and methadone to drug-dependent people. (3) An approval is a notifiable instrument.
