615 Applications for medicines wholesalers licences (1) An application for a medicines wholesalers licence must be in writing, signed by the applicant, and include the following: (a) the medicines to which the application relates; with the medicines under the licence; (a) where it is proposed to store the medicines; and (b) the location and nature of security devices.
