572 When controlled medicines approvals etc take effect (1) A controlled medicines approval takes effect when the applicant receives notice of the approval or, if the approval states a later day, on the later day. (2) An amendment or revocation of a controlled medicines approval takes effect when the approval-holder receives notice of the amendment or revocation or, if the notice of the amendment or revocation states a later day, on the later day.
