440 Authorisations under controlled medicines research and education program licences—Act, s 20 (1) (a) (1) A controlled medicines research and education program licence (other than for a program conducted at a hospital operated by the Territory) authorises— (i) issue a purchase order for a controlled medicine (the licensed controlled medicine) stated in the licence for the program stated in the licence; and (ii) obtain a licensed controlled medicine on a purchase order for the program; and (iii) possess a licensed controlled medicine for the program at (iv) supply a licensed controlled medicine to anyone taking part
