79 Conditions of DMT authority

79 Conditions of DMT authority

(1) A DMT authority is subject to—

(a) prescribed conditions, and

(b) conditions imposed by the Health Secretary—

(i) at the time of the grant of the DMT authority, or

(ii) at another time by variation of the DMT authority.

(2) The conditions of a DMT authority may provide the DMT authority does not take effect until—

(a) the end of a specified period, or

(b) a specified event happens, or

(c) a specified state of affairs occurs.

(3) The holder of a DMT authority must not contravene a condition of the DMT authority.

Maximum penalty for subsection (3)—Tier 5 penalty.
