61 Variation of licence
61 Variation of licence
(1) The Health Secretary may, by written notice to a licence holder, vary the licence, including the conditions of the licence.
(2) A variation of a licence includes the following—
(a) the imposition of a new licence condition,
(b) the substitution of a licence condition,
(c) the removal or amendment of a licence condition.
(3) The regulations may provide for—
(a) applications for variations of licences by licence holders, and
(b) the grounds for the variation of licences.
