87 Requirements for prescription (1) An authorised prescriber must not issue a prescription for a Scheduled substance unless the issue of the prescription complies with: (a) the requirements prescribed by regulation; and (b) for a Schedule 8 substance or restricted Schedule 4 substance – the requirements prescribed by a code of practice.
