82 Restricted Schedule 4 substance (1) A person must not issue a prescription for the supply of a restricted Schedule 4 substance unless: (i) is an authorised health practitioner; and person's health profession in accordance with the conditions stated in the declaration of the substance as a restricted Schedule 4 substance; or
