58 Supplying Schedule 4 and 8 substances – prescription of interstate prescribers person on a prescription issued by an interstate prescriber. (2) A pharmacist may, in the course of practising in the pharmacy profession, supply a Schedule 8 substance or restricted Schedule 4 substance to a person on a prescription issued by an interstate prescriber in accordance with: (a) the conditions prescribed by regulation applying to the supply; or (b) an approval under section 253.
