31A Relationship with Hemp Industry Act 2019 (1) This Act does not affect the operation of the Hemp Industry Act 2019 or make unlawful anything done in accordance with that Act. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), this Act does not apply to processed low THC hemp as defined in section 4A(3) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1990.
