297 Information obtained before commencement (1) This section applies in relation to information obtained under section 96 or 139 before the commencement that, if obtained after the commencement, would be information required to be given to the CHO under Chapter 7, Part 7.1AA. (2) The information is taken to be information obtained under Chapter 7, Part 7.1AA after the commencement.
