290 Directions under section 30 of repealed Act (a) under section 30 of the repealed Act, the CHO directed a pharmacist not to hold a Schedule 8 substance on premises stated in the direction; and (b) had the repealed Act not been repealed, the direction would be in force on the commencement day. (2) The direction has effect as if it were a prohibition notice issued under section 116(2) and continues in force until it would have ended had the repealed Act not been repealed.
