288 Suspended authorisation (1) This section applies if, before the commencement day, the CHO had: (a) under section 31J of the repealed Act, suspended an authorisation under Part VA, Division 3 of the repealed Act; or (b) under section 59 of the repealed Act, suspended an authorisation or pest control operator licence under Part XI of the repealed Act. (2) The suspension ends on the date it would have ended had the repealed Act not been repealed.
