184 Additional powers for entry of aircraft, vehicle or vessel (1) This section applies if an authorised officer has reasonable grounds for suspecting: (a) an aircraft, vehicle or vessel is being, has been or is likely to be, used in the commission of an offence against this Act; or (b) an aircraft, vehicle or vessel, or a thing in or on an aircraft, vehicle or vessel, may provide evidence of the commission of an offence against this Act. (2) For entering the aircraft, vehicle or vessel under this Part, the authorised officer may require the person in control of the aircraft, vehicle or vessel: (a) to stop, move or not to move it; or
