126 Pest management technician licence A pest management technician licence is an authority that authorises the licensee to use the pesticides stated in it for carrying out pest control operations. Note for section 126 Depending on the knowledge, experience and qualifications of the licensee in the use of pesticides, the licence may be subject to conditions about the use of stated pesticides. For example, the licence may authorise use of a pesticide only under the direct supervision of a licensee with additional qualifications.
