102 Labelling supplied Scheduled substances (a) the person is authorised under this Act to supply a Scheduled substance to another person; and (b) the person supplies the substance to another person; and (c) the container of the substance is not labelled as prescribed by (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the substance is supplied for immediately administering to a person.
