Chapter 5 Offences relating to regulated therapeutic goods (2) A person (the supplier) commits an offence if— (a) the supplier supplies a thing as a particular regulated therapeutic good (the purported therapeutic good); and (b) the supplier is reckless about whether the thing is the purported therapeutic good.
