192 Guidelines about dealings with regulated substances and (1) The chief health officer may issue guidelines about dealings with regulated substances and regulated therapeutic goods. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), a guideline may make provision about the circumstances in which a regulated substance or regulated therapeutic good may be dealt with. (3) A guideline is a notifiable instrument.
