181 Admissibility of analysis of samples taken by inspectors The analysis of a sample of a substance taken by a medicines and poisons inspector is admissible in evidence in a proceeding for an offence against this Act only if the sample was taken as required or allowed under part 7.2 (Taking and analysis of samples of substances).
