147 Definitions—pt 8.2 drug offence means an offence against— (a) chapter 4 (Offences relating to regulated substances) in relation to a controlled medicine or prohibited substance; or (b) the Criminal Code, chapter 6 (Serious drug offences); or (c) the Drugs of Dependence Act 1989, part 10 (Offences). relevant person means— (a) a person who is authorised to deal with a regulated substance; or (b) a person who is authorised under this Act or another territory law to possess a controlled medicine or prohibited substance.
