128 Disposal etc of things obtained otherwise than under pt 7.1 (1) This section applies if the chief health officer comes into possession of a regulated substance or regulated therapeutic good otherwise than under this part. (2) The chief health officer may dispose of the regulated substance or regulated therapeutic good as prescribed by regulation.
