124 Adjournment pending hearing of other proceedings (1) This section applies to the hearing of an application under section 122 (Application for order disallowing seizure). (2) If it appears to the Magistrates Court that the seized thing is required to be produced in evidence in a pending proceeding in relation to an offence against a territory law, the court may, on the application of the chief health officer or its own initiative, adjourn the hearing until the end of the pending proceeding.
