sec.72 Definitions for division
In this division— compliant container , of an S5 or S6 poison, means a container complying with section 69 or an equivalent requirement under a corresponding law. signal word — for an S5 poison—means ‘caution’; or for an S6 substance—means ‘poison’.
- (a) for an S5 poison—means ‘caution’; or
- (b) for an S6 substance—means ‘poison’.
