sec.62 Applying regulated poisons safely
A person who is authorised to apply a regulated poison must apply the poison— if the poison has an approved label—in accordance with the approved label; or otherwise—in a way that does not cause, or is not likely to cause, a health risk. s 62 amd 2023 SL No. 162 s 13
- (a) if the poison has an approved label—in accordance with the approved label; or
- (b) otherwise—in a way that does not cause, or is not likely to cause, a health risk.
