sec.61 Treating liquid paraquat
Before a person supplies liquid paraquat, the person must ensure it is— coloured to appear blue or green; and treated with a sufficient amount of a stenching agent to make the paraquat smell offensive.
- (a) coloured to appear blue or green; and
- (b) treated with a sufficient amount of a stenching agent to make the paraquat smell offensive.
