sec.30 Paper register
This section applies if the holder of a substance authority keeps a high-risk poison register in a paper form. The holder must take all reasonable steps to ensure— a page can not be removed from the register without detection; and a bound book with consecutively numbered pages the register is set up in a way that allows the information required under sections 27 and 28 to be included in the register. (sec.30-ssec.1) This section applies if the holder of a substance authority keeps a high-risk poison register in a paper form.
