sec.26 Keeping register
The holder of a substance authority must keep a document (a high-risk poison register ) about the total amount of a high-risk poison authorised to be possessed under the authority. The holder must take all reasonable steps to ensure the high-risk poison register states— how each portion of the total amount of the high-risk poison is dealt with; and how much of the high-risk poison is possessed at any given time at each authorised place for the authority.
