sec.25 Definitions for division
In this division— high-risk poison register , for a substance authority, means the high-risk poison register kept for the authority under section 26 . portion , of a high-risk poison in relation to a substance authority, means a discrete part of the total amount of the poison authorised to be possessed under the authority, in a particular form and strength.
