sch.2-sec.3 Class of person
A person who— holds a remote pilot licence issued by CASA; and has— a chemical competency certificate; or spraysafe accreditation issued by the Aerial Application Association of Australia Ltd; and is employed to aerially distribute a poison.
- (a) holds a remote pilot licence issued by CASA; and
- (b) has— (i) a chemical competency certificate; or (ii) spraysafe accreditation issued by the Aerial Application Association of Australia Ltd; and
- (i) a chemical competency certificate; or
- (ii) spraysafe accreditation issued by the Aerial Application Association of Australia Ltd; and
- (c) is employed to aerially distribute a poison.
- (i) a chemical competency certificate; or
- (ii) spraysafe accreditation issued by the Aerial Application Association of Australia Ltd; and
