sec.8 Departmental standards— Act , s 233
For section 233 (4) of the Act , each departmental standard mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 is approved. See section 233 (4) of the Act for when a departmental standard takes effect. A reference in this regulation to a departmental standard by its name is a reference to the standard mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 — with that name; and with the version number mentioned opposite that name. (sec.8-ssec.1) For section 233 (4) of the Act , each departmental standard mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 is approved. See section 233 (4) of the Act for when a departmental standard takes effect. (sec.8-ssec.2) A reference in this regulation to a departmental standard by its name is a reference to the standard mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 — with that name; and with the version number mentioned opposite that name.
