sec.79 Application of part
This part applies to a person (a prescriber ) who is authorised to prescribe a medicine. However, this part does not apply in relation to prescribing an S4 medicine or medicated feed for administration to a group of animals by a farmer of the animals. See chapter 5 , part 4 about veterinary surgeons prescribing S4 medicine and medicated feed. See also chapter 8 , part 4 about recording and keeping information.
