sec.71 Compliance with code

A supplier must comply with, and take all reasonable steps to ensure a person employed by the supplier complies with, the document called the ‘Australian code of good wholesaling practice for medicines in schedules 2, 3, 4 and 8 ’ that— was made on 1 April 2011 by the former Commonwealth entity known as the National Coordinating Committee on Therapeutic Goods; and is published by the Therapeutic Goods Administration.

• (a) was made on 1 April 2011 by the former Commonwealth entity known as the National Coordinating Committee on Therapeutic Goods; and
• (b) is published by the Therapeutic Goods Administration.
