sec.70 Responsibilities for employees and representatives

A supplier must take all reasonable steps to— ensure stock of a medicine is handled for the supplier only by an appropriately qualified adult employed by the supplier; and make and keep records showing the details of any stock given to a wholesale representative of the supplier; and See section 224 about keeping records. ensure each wholesale representative of the supplier is aware of requirements under the Act applying to the supplier and representative. This section does not apply to a pharmacist or pharmacy employee dealing with stock at a pharmacy. See chapter 5 , parts 2 and 3 for requirements that apply to pharmacists and pharmacy employees.
