sec.48 Application of part
This part applies to a person (a buyer ) who is authorised to give a purchase order for stock of an S4 or S8 medicine. See also section 34 of the Act in relation to exclusions for buying particular S4 and S8 medicines. See part 4 for requirements about supplying stock.
