sec.44 Application of chapter— Act , s 91
For section 91 (1) of the Act , this chapter prescribes requirements, for a person authorised under section 54 (4) or 62 of the Act to deal with a medicine, in relation to carrying out the dealing. This chapter applies to the person in addition to chapter 5 , unless otherwise stated. See section 91 (3) of the Act in relation to the matters to which the requirements under this chapter are subject. This chapter does not apply in relation to persons authorised to deal with a medicine under section 57 of the Act which relates to emergency orders. (sec.44-ssec.1) For section 91 (1) of the Act , this chapter prescribes requirements, for a person authorised under section 54 (4) or 62 of the Act to deal with a medicine, in relation to carrying out the dealing. (sec.44-ssec.2) This chapter applies to the person in addition to chapter 5 , unless otherwise stated.
