sec.26 Delivery of medicated feed
This section applies if the holder of a manufacturing licence delivers, or arranges for delivery of, medicated feed to a farmer of a group of animals. The holder must ensure a notice stating the name of the farmer and the street address for delivery— is attached to the medicated feed; or if it is not reasonably practicable to attach the notice to the feed—accompanies the medicated feed. a notice is sent in a truck carrying medicated feed supplied in bulk for delivery directly to a silo (sec.26-ssec.1) This section applies if the holder of a manufacturing licence delivers, or arranges for delivery of, medicated feed to a farmer of a group of animals.
