sec.252 Controlled drugs registers
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person kept a controlled drugs register under the HDPR, section 50. The controlled drugs register is taken to be a medicine register for S8 medicines. (sec.252-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person kept a controlled drugs register under the HDPR, section 50. (sec.252-ssec.2) The controlled drugs register is taken to be a medicine register for S8 medicines.
