sec.247 Information transitioned to database— Act , s 225
This section applies in relation to information— recorded in the monitored medicines database under the repealed Medicines and Poisons (Monitored Medicines Database Testing) Regulation 2020 immediately before the repeal of that regulation; and given to, or held by, the chief executive under section 281 of the Act relating to an approval in effect during the transition period under that section. The information is prescribed for section 225 (1) of the Act . (sec.247-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to information— recorded in the monitored medicines database under the repealed Medicines and Poisons (Monitored Medicines Database Testing) Regulation 2020 immediately before the repeal of that regulation; and given to, or held by, the chief executive under section 281 of the Act relating to an approval in effect during the transition period under that section. (sec.247-ssec.2) The information is prescribed for section 225 (1) of the Act .
- (a) recorded in the monitored medicines database under the repealed Medicines and Poisons (Monitored Medicines Database Testing) Regulation 2020 immediately before the repeal of that regulation; and
- (b) given to, or held by, the chief executive under section 281 of the Act relating to an approval in effect during the transition period under that section.
