sec.238 Definitions for part and schedule 19
In this part and schedule 19 — licensing fee means a fee for an application relating to a substance authority stated in schedule 19 , items 1 to 8. site , for a substance authority, means a place at which a dealing with a medicine is, or is proposed to be, carried out under the authority.
