sec.222 Writing paper documents

This section applies to a person writing on paper to comply with a requirement mentioned in this regulation, including writing a prescription or purchase order. The person must write— in ink; and legibly, other than the person’s signature; and in English or use terms or symbols, including Latin terms, used in the ordinary practice of the person’s profession. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
