sec.218 Reporting lost, stolen or destroyed register

This section applies if a medicine register for an S8 safe or approved store is lost, stolen or destroyed (each an incident ). A manager of the safe or store must give notice about the incident to the chief executive in the approved form as soon as practicable, but no later than the end of the next business day, after the incident.
