sec.203 Application of division

This division applies in relation to medicines put in, or taken from, an S8 safe or approved store. However, this division does not apply in relation to an S8 medicine kept in an S8 safe that has been packed in a dose administration aid. To remove any doubt, it is declared that this division applies in relation to medicines moved or distributed at or between workplaces. See section 29 of the Act about the distribution or transfer of regulated substances at or between workplaces. (sec.203-ssec.1) This division applies in relation to medicines put in, or taken from, an S8 safe or approved store. (sec.203-ssec.2) However, this division does not apply in relation to an S8 medicine kept in an S8 safe that has been packed in a dose administration aid.
