sec.187 Security measures required for system
The system manager of an entity’s electronic prescription management system must take all reasonable steps to ensure security measures are embedded in the system to— prevent a person who is not approved to use the system from accessing or using the system; and monitor any breaches of the system or events affecting the integrity of the system; and keep each record made in the system for at least 2 years after the record is created. Maximum penalty—80 penalty units.
