sec.180 Information providers and relevant information— Act , s 226
For section 226 (2) of the Act , definition information provider , each entity stated in column 1 of the table in schedule 18 , part 2 is prescribed to be an information provider. For section 226 (2) of the Act , definition relevant information , the information mentioned in column 2 of the table in schedule 18 , part 2 is prescribed to be the relevant information for the information provider mentioned opposite in column 1. (sec.180-ssec.1) For section 226 (2) of the Act , definition information provider , each entity stated in column 1 of the table in schedule 18 , part 2 is prescribed to be an information provider.
