sec.155 Definitions for subdivision
In this subdivision— oral hormonal contraceptive means an oral preparation of a medicine for preventing pregnancy by interrupting ovulation. pre-packed , in relation to a medicine, means the medicine is a pre-packed liquid, cream, ointment or aerosol. s 155 def pre-packed ins 2025 SL No. 60 s 8 (2) s 155 amd 2025 SL No. 60 s 8(1)
